Each of Vermont&#8217;s twelve Agency of Human Services (AHS) districts has its own unique configuration of public and private services and providers. In response to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vermont-yit-program.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Invitation.pdf\">Invitation to Communities<\/a>, issued in February 2009, the district Local At the conference, teams created representations of their regions using legos.
