The Youth In Transition (YIT) project is being designed and implemented at the state and regional levels. Each of Vermont’s twelve Agency of Human Services (AHS) districts has its own unique configuration of public and private services and providers. In response to an Invitation to Communities<\/a>, issued in February 2009, the district Local Interagency Teams (LITS) are overseeing the drafting and implementation of regional strategic plans for the YIT work.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
